On Friday 4th August 2023 at approximately 15h38, information was received of a foriegn national that had being shot on the corner of Blinkbonnie and Wiggins road. The victim was transported to a hospital. The CSC van attended the shooting and the victims vehicle was taken full of stock for his tuckshop. With the assistance of Tracker SA and Urban Defence the Hyundai H100 bearing registration number: ND***** was found abandoned with the goods outside 220 Buckingham Road with the rear doors left open and the drivers side windows was smashed. 
The relevant crime scene management was conducted at the secondary scene and the vehicle was towed to SAPS Cato Manor and handed in via SAP 13: ***/2023.
The Goods in the vehicle was handed over to the next of kin.
The victim was shot in his abdomen and is stable at this stage.
LCRC was contacted and will conduct their forensic investigation.
