URBAN DEFENCE SUCCESS REPORT
On 20 June 2023 at approximately 22h30, a client called in and stated her laptop (an Apple MacBook) was stolen from her residence in the Musgrave area. Urban Defence Field Unit immediately started working with informants to recover the stolen laptop. At approximately 9h00 on 21 June 2023, an informant provided Intel that the laptop was at a student residence in the Overport area. Urban Defence Field Unit made their way out and found the laptop left in a shopping bag in a communal area of the residence. The laptop was thereafter returned to the owner.
